Quit Tobacco with Group Quit: Duval County

This Quit Tobacco with Group Quit session meets once for two hours. Covers all forms of tobacco!

This session provides you with the tools to:

Develop a quit plan and learn to overcome barriers
Learn to manage triggers, cravings, withdrawals, and stress
Understand the benefits of quitting
Relapse prevention

Each participant is given:

A workbook, educational materials, and quit tools!
Up to a FREE 4-week supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy, (patches, and lozenges, or gum)
