Quit Tobacco with Group Quit: Saint Johns County (Session 1 of 4)

This Quit Tobacco with Group Quit session meets for 4 weeks for one hour. Covers all forms of tobacco!

This series provides you with the tools to:

Develop a quit plan and learn to overcome barriers
Learn to manage triggers, cravings, withdrawals, and stress
Understand the benefits of quitting
Relapse prevention

Each participant is given:

A workbook, educational materials, and quit tools!
Up to a FREE 4-week supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy, (patches, and lozenges, or gum)

WHEN: Thursdays, September 22nd – October 13th, 2022

TIME: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
