Virtual- Free Group Quit Tobacco Class

The Free Tools to Quit Tobacco VIRTUAL session meets once for two hours.

This class provides you with the skills to:

• Develop a quit plan and learn to overcome barriers
• Learn to manage triggers, cravings, withdrawals, and stress
• Understand the benefits of quitting
• Relapse prevention

Each participant is mailed:

• A workbook, educational materials, and quit tools!

• Up to a FREE 4-week supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy, (patch, lozenge, or gum)

WHEN: Many Classes Available Virtually in November!
