Federal Model Program
The future health of our communities will rely on today’s students. Northeast Florida Area Health Education Center coordinates Federal Model Program activities and rotations in the seven county catchment area of Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St Johns, and Volusia. By providing clinical rotations and service learning projects for a variety of college students, along with a life-changing summer camp program for high school students, Northeast Florida AHEC is making a positive impact on the health services of tomorrow. The local community benefits from the care of promising, dedicated individuals, while students have an opportunity to lend a much needed hand while gaining real world experience.
